O más específicamente, "¿Son algunos objetos voladores observados dentro de la atmósfera terrestre controlados por seres inteligentes de otros mundos?" Según Meier y los Plejaren, los ovnis son en su mayoría fenómenos naturales como planetas, cometas, estrellas e incluso criaturas inofensivas que habitan en el espacio; también pueden ser objetos hechos por el hombre como satélites, basura espacial y la ISS; finalmente, son también naves terrestres y extraterrestres. Esto no incluye aquellos avistamientos que son delirios, ilusiones, imaginaciones o mentiras.

La Tierra sí recibe visitantes de otros mundos que están aquí en misiones de exploración y observación o incluso para recoger granos, frutas y vegetación para llevarlos de vuelta a sus mundos de origen. Akart es un mundo del que recibimos visitantes que recogen este tipo de artículos y también resulta ser masivamente superpoblado (era de 23 mil millones en 1975). Ninguno tiene contacto abierto cara a cara o telepático con los humanos de la Tierra hasta donde los Plejaren saben (y tienen alguna tecnología asombrosa) pero relativamente pocos humanos son ocasionalmente examinados inofensivamente con fines científicos con sus recuerdos del evento borrados. Los Plejaren envían impulsos telepáticos a miles de humanos de la Tierra sin su conocimiento para darles ideas de una naturaleza que resultarán en acciones positivas como decisiones políticas beneficiosas, inventos útiles e incluso películas que abren nuestras mentes a nuevos conceptos.

No hay programas híbridos alienígenas-humanos y nunca han existido si descontamos los tiempos antiguos y por supuesto, Jmmanuel. TNo hay secuestros o mutilaciones maliciosas de humanos o fauna. ET no aterrizó en la década de 1950 y firmó un acuerdo con la administración Eisenhower. Pero Roswell sí ocurrió y fue tripulado por androides.

Las naves terrestres son tipos conocidos de aeronaves o naves militares de alto secreto procedentes de múltiples países de la Tierra. Puede estar seguro de incluir lógicamente a EE.UU. y Rusia como dos de esos países con este tipo de tecnología.

Por último, hay que decir que hay o había tres grupos ET que nos observan desde hace algún tiempo y con los que los Plejaren no han podido comunicarse por razones relacionadas con la absorción de energía de los cascos o el blindaje de estas embarcaciones. Son una raza benigna según sus acciones hasta ahora.

In Wirklichkeit sind wir die Aggressoren, diejenigen, die friedliche Besucher mit Abfangjägern begrüssen und unsere Xenophobie (Angst vor Fremden) durch exo-rassistische Propaganda filme wie <Independence Day> Ausdruck verleihen (Anm. Billy: wobei es sich bei diesem Dämonisierungswerk gegen die Ausserirdischen fragt, ob nicht wieder amerikanische regierungs-, militär- und geheimdienstliche Machenschaften dahinter stecken wie bei, <Krieg der Welten> von Orson Welles, um Angst, Panik un Hass in bezug auf die Besucher von fremden Welten neuerlich und diesmal in weltweitem Masse zu schuren).
And their answer: messages of concern about our behaviour, thereover, that we destroy our unique home planets. Und ihre Antwort: Botschaften der Besorgnis uber unserer Verhalten, darüber, dass wir unserer eigerartigen Heimatplaneten zerstoren.
